Allow yourself to take the time to release all of your stagnant energy in this Hatha / Vinyasa style class. You will blend postures with fluid movement to help deepen your mind-body connection, leaving you feeling refreshed.

Moon Ceremonies

Cancellation for a class must be done at least 3 hours before class time or you will be charged for the class/ use a class pass.
No shows will also be charged for the class/ class pass used.
You can still register for a class right until class time

Not at all. All classes are designed to be accessible—whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years, you’ll be guided to move at your own pace.

Bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and an open mind. For hot yoga, a towel is recommended, and you may want a change of clothes for after class.

That’s completely okay. Modifications are always offered so you can listen to your body and practice in a way that feels good for you.

It’s a guided gathering to set intentions, release what no longer serves you, and connect with your inner self during the powerful energy of the new or full moon.

A journal and pen for reflections, a water bottle, and anything that makes you feel comfortable (like a cushion, blanket, or crystals).

Not at all. Everything will be guided, and you’ll be supported every step of the way. Just bring an open heart and curiosity.
