SOMATIC MOVEMENT

This class s designed as an energetic hug for a tired Soul. We combine Somatic Movements and Yin Yoga with EFT Tapping, affirmation repetition and Self-Concept work to calm, regulate and relax the Nervous System. This practice slows the body down and gently releases stored energy. Layer on healing Reiki Life Force Energy to support your body as you surrender your senses to the experience and let yourself be.

Pilates 

This class is for individuals who are looking to engage their body/mind connection and create a foundation for Pilates style movements.

Whether you are new to Pilates or already have a foundation, beginner style movements classes are great to relearn the fundamentals so you can fully engage with every part of the movement.
